shipping costs
We charge the following shipping and processing fees:
Shipping to Germany: 5.95 Euro - Free shipping for orders over 79 Euro
Shipping to EU: 14.90 Euro - Free shipping for orders over 150 Euro
Shipping to Switzerland: 25 euros (unfortunately, shipping costs to Switzerland have become so expensive. Depending on the size of the order, customs fees may apply.)
Delivery time is usually between 2 and 10 working days, unless it is a pre-order.
As background information for you:
We import a lot of seeds from England. However, since Brexit, imports have been subject to additional customs duties, which significantly increases the effort and costs. Without these adjustments, it would unfortunately no longer be worthwhile.
All orders are carefully picked and packed in our logistics department in Münster, and then shipped via DHL. This allows for tracking, which is useful for larger orders and for insurance and warranty purposes, and unfortunately sometimes necessary.
