How can I order?
Ordering in our online shop is very easy:
- Select products: Select the items you want and place them in your shopping cart.
- Check your shopping cart: Click on the shopping cart icon (the small flower basket in the top right corner) to check your selection.
- Proceed to checkout: Click on the “Checkout” button to start the ordering process.
- Enter your details: Enter your billing and shipping address. You can checkout as a guest or create a customer account. Once you enter your address, the shipping costs for your country will be calculated.
- Choose payment method: Select one of the offered payment methods.
- Complete your order: Review all details and confirm your order by clicking “Buy now”.

Do I need to create a customer account to order?
No, you can also order as a guest. However, a customer account offers you advantages such as tracking your orders and faster ordering next time.

Why does shipping seeds cost more than letter postage?
As background information for you:
We import a lot of seeds from England. However, since Brexit, imports have been subject to additional customs duties, which significantly increases the effort and costs. Without these adjustments, it would unfortunately no longer be worthwhile.
All orders are carefully picked and packed in our logistics department in Münster, and then shipped via DHL. This allows for tracking, which is useful for larger orders and for insurance and warranty purposes, and unfortunately sometimes necessary.
We hope this explains a little more about what shipping costs mean.
