PLANTING INSTRUCTIONS

MY TIP

Chamomile is best sown directly into the garden bed. It's undemanding and grows almost anywhere.

LOCATION

Sunny.
Well-drained, moderately nutrient-rich soil.

Direct sowing

Direct sowing into the bed: From March to May.
Prepare the bed, loosen the soil, remove weeds.
Press seeds lightly, do not cover with soil –Light germinators.
Water carefully.
After rising on20 – 25 cm distanceisolate.

CARE

Water sparingly – tolerates drought well.
No additional fertilization required, grows even on poor soil.
Remove faded flowers regularly to extend the flowering period.
Allow seed heads to ripen if self-seeding is desired.

FLOWERING TIME

First harvest when the flowers are fully open.
