MORE INFO
Benfica is a queen among winter flowers.
Its deep, dark red, velvety flowers, which appear almost black, unfold their full splendor especially in soft candlelight and bring festive elegance to your home.
Easy to care for.
Planting tip: Plant the bulb only halfway into the potting soil. Water sparingly at first and avoid waterlogging.
Only when the flowers and leaves appear does the plant need more water. Do not pour water directly onto the bulbs, leaves, or flowers.
Vase tip: If you want to cut them for a vase, wrap the stem at the cut end with adhesive tape. Alternatively, you can also place the bulb in a vase, but only allow water to touch the roots.
